Photos and Zillow 3D Home tours are typically delivered late morning or early afternoon the day after your shoot. Videos are delivered 2-3 days after your shoot.
We serve the greater Seattle area, from Lynnwood to Federal Way and east to Issaquah, with no travel fees. A distance-based travel fee may apply to properties outside this area.
Yes! For a 50% rush fee photos can be delivered same day for shoots schedule in the morning. Same-day services is not avilable for other services.
Yes! To Schedule Zillow Showcase media you will need to send an invite through ShowingTime Plus.
Absolutely! If you select a media package you can still add-on aditional services.
Select Pay $0 Now at checkout and complete a short application. Once approved, Titus pays for your media upfront, and you repay the amount used plus a flat fee when the home sells. Payment is due sooner if the listing is canceled or withdrawn, or after six months. Rates range from 0-8.5%. Estimate your rate here.
Of course! We want your listing media to look its best. While some services, such as aerial photography/videography, may not be available during inclement weather, you can decide whether to proceed or reschedule. There is never a fee for weather-related rescheduling.
A Zillow 3D Home Tour includes linked 360° images that let buyers explore the property’s layout and flow. It also includes a basic 2D floor plan. Every room must be scanned to create the floor plan, but certain spaces, such as garages or cluttered rooms, can be hidden from the public tour.
